Place my order through Grab for the personal meal drumstick. But when they send over its chicken breast. I also paid extra for the drumstick. I dont really eat chicken breast. Means the whole meal is ruined because its doesn’t have what i want in the first place. Instead apologising for the mistake they only only refund 2.12 . 2.12 for RM28.88 order ! But the whole meal is ruined ? You think its about 2.12 ? Totally ridiculous. Imagine you order iphone 15 max and they send you a iphone 15 standard. Then when you complaint they just send the difference in price, how would you feel ! Terrible customer service. Forget about doing franchise if you are so callous and unprofessional about your mistake! Its your mistake, I am not wrong here.

Good chicken rice place, the roasted chicken and duck were tasty. The rice is also fragrant and flavourful unlike some places which serves taste lacking rice. Have to order before seating, prices are reasonable and portion is good. Quite a lot of seating places inside the shop too.

Nice and tasty chicken rice. Rice cooked and seasoned well as chicken rice should be. The chilli sauce is the perfect balance, and the accompanying plain soup is delicious too. Will return again.

Been a long time customer here. Chicken rice yummy as ever except chicker getting a wee bit smaller hence smaller breast portion. Nevertheless, chicken rice with its soup & chili is always a yes for me at A1. Their curry chicken is great with bread for breakfast. Parking wise, I come round Sundays so can say lots of walking distance parking. Weekdays, street parking is hellish to get so best park at the carpark where RHB bank is.

Definitely going to order from them again! They read my note on order. I feel blessed. May God bless this business with prosperity and continual growth! This is my favourite chicken rice shop. Their Lychee Kang is the BEST too! I wish they open in metrotown in the future 😗

Clean and honest food. Come by before 12 noon to avoid long que and waiting time. Love their roasted duck. Parking would be a slight challenge but there’s a multi-storey carpark a minute away. Their family promo packages are a feast, and at very very reasonable prices too.
